Nicole Tang

Nicole Tang is a Trinidadian visual artist who was traditionally trained in painting, drawing and sculpture. Many of her artworks include common subjects such as landscapes, figure drawing and sculptures. Graduate of the University of the West Indies with BA Visual Arts, her works evolved from those traditional subjects to mixed media work to minimalist acrylic paintings and most recently, Chinese ink paintings. Her works are evolving and experimental as she seeks an exploration of materials and artistic expressions to represent her interpretation of the world around her.

Past group exhibitions include Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago, Horizons Art Gallery, ThinkArtWork Studio, The National Academy for the Performing Arts, The National Museum and Art Gallery of Trinidad and Tobago, Visual Art Galleries and the Rotunda Gallery.
