Marlon Espinoza

I am Marlon F. Espinoza, and I have been working in theatre for the past 6 years as a producer. I hold a Master’s Degree in Enterprise Management. I am 59 years old.
I produce Musical Theatre for the youth by the youth. My vision is to create an appreciation for theatre in our youth to eventually develop a financially viable Creative Arts Industry within our country and the region. Hopefully, I can nurture new writers, and content creators, and eventually develop a market for our stories for worldwide consumption through a licensing model similar to what exists within the industry in other parts of the world. My work within the region is unique with respect to our self-sustaining business model, and our evolution into film. At present, no platform exists for the worldwide licensing and distribution of Caribbean Creative Content, and many of our creative works are being lost, and it is my intention to eventually create a platform for archiving all our creative works, and offering them to the world through an online platform and licensing model. However, the main activity of putting young people on the stage and putting young people in the audience will always be the way we change the future by changing the present.
