Elba Ruselis Caba Jiménez

My name is Elba Caba, born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Writer / activist / stand up comedy. Diploma in creative writing from the Anticanon Project. Winner of the First Place in Micro-stories for the contest ´´ ¡Soy Caribe! ´´, second place in Poxeo Cuir RD 2021, selected by Domican Writers magazine for the anthology ´´ ¡Pájaros, lesbianas y queers, a volar! ´´. Most of my literary work is micro-stories and poems, both autobiographical and fictional, published on my social networks. I work sporadically as a stand-up comedian at a comedy club in town.
